Peek-a-boo, I Love You!
For newborn to 20 months with parent/caregiver

Learn new songs, lullabies, and ways to say “I love you” using touch, Mother Goose rhymes, literature books, and chants. Activities include instrument play, American Sign Language, and special adult-baby dances that stimulate baby’s eyes, body, and mind. Connect with other babies and families in the community as well as learn how music improves the child development process.

Materials: CD, Peek-A-Boo, I Love You baby book, duck wash mitt, baby duck, gertie ball and activity poster.

Splash
For 1 ½ - 4 year olds with parent or caregiver

Your child will be introduced to all the best of music, movement, and fun as we enjoy the sounds and activities relating to water – in the river, in the ocean, and in the bathtub. Join the musical fun as we Splash with the fish in the ocean, walk like a penguin by the sea, float down a river and pretend to be a sailor on the sea.

Materials: Beach ball, Home CD, and magazine-style Family Guide (includes the class story Bath Time)

Giggles

For 4 - 6 year olds, parents join us for the last 10 minutes

Your child will enjoy laughs, silliness, and knock-knock jokes. In class we’ll use word plays, word puns, and all-around word silliness to boost vocabulary, develop conversational skills, and nurture happy learners. Play around at home with the activities in your Home Materials and your preschooler develops the confidence and skills needed to be expressive.

Materials: One harmonica instrument, Home CD, and magazine-style Family Guide (includes the class “story”, a series of knock-knock jokes)

Blast Off With Piano!

For 6 – 9 year olds

Join us for lots of fun and music making at the keyboard! This small group camp (maximum 5 students per class) is a wonderful introduction to the piano for beginners, and a great opportunity for you to find out how interested your child is in studying piano. Your child will learn basic rhythms and keyboard geography, and play musical games both at the keyboard and on specially designed game boards.
